5 stars I had previously been advised to junk my laptop for a newer model--sight unseen and even without establishing exactly how old it is. Brian Farrar evaluated its major problem of becoming "unresponsive" at times. I was delighted that he diagnosed and performed a number of service techniques that improved the over-all speed and performance of my cherished computer, which kept in place many valuable notes and files. I found Brian to be congenial, and patient as well as very skillful at his job. I'm glad I sought a second and more studied opinion. Rose Reed
